摘要
研究了黏度法测量超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的特性黏数过程中的乌氏黏度计毛细管内径、UHM-WPE浓度、复合抗氧剂浓度和溶解时间对测试结果的影响。结果表明,用不同内径毛细管的乌氏黏度计测量UHMWPE的特性黏数时,得到的结果是有差别的;测量UHMWPE的特性黏数时溶液浓度不宜高;为防止测定过程中UHMWPE YPE-1样品的溶解和降解,复合抗氧剂的加入质量分数0.002 5%为宜。
During testing inherent viscosity of UHMWPE by viscosity method, the influence of the capillary diameter of Ubbelodhe viscometer,the concentration of UHMWPE,the ied. The results indicate that the values of inherent viscosity are different with the variance capillary diameter of Ubhelodhe viscometer. The concentration of UHMWPE should not be high . To prevent degradation and solution of UHMWPE YPE-1 in the process of determination,the adding condign amount of composite antioxidants is 0.0025%
