摘要 青银高速公路济南黄河大桥是一座独塔双索面四跨半漂浮连续钢箱梁斜拉桥,介绍了该桥钢箱梁制造的工艺流程;钢箱梁制造中用到的关键技术,包括无马板组装反变形焊接技术、锚腹板单元焊接变形控制技术、"三纵一横"基准控制钢箱梁总拼技术、钢箱梁"正装法"技术、桥面横坡控制技术等;以及钢箱梁制造过程中的质量控制措施。 Ji'nan Huanghe River Bridge on Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway is a 4-span semifloating system continuous steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with a single pylon and double cable planes. This paper deals with the process flow of manufacturing of the steel box girder of the Bridge and the key techniques applied to the manufacturing, including those of assembling of the girder units without using temporary saddle plates and by reverse deformation welding, welding deformation control of anchor web units, fully assembling of the girder in compliance with the control criterion of "three longitudinal and one transverse alignments", "normal assembling" of the girder, deck transverse gradient control as well as the quality control measures for the girder in the manufacturing process.
