摘要
为了全面、客观地反映慢性镉中毒时肾脏的病理学改变、本实验用透射电镜观察并结合形态计量法研究了慢性镉中毒小鼠肾小球的超微结构。结果表明:肾小球(特别是滤过屏障三层结构)明显受损。包括毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀、增厚;血管系膜增生;血管球基膜增厚、基膜和内皮细胞之间有电子致密物沉积;足细胞次级突起间裂孔缩小、裂孔膜变薄。从形态学方面考虑,认为慢性镉中毒时肾小球超微结构的改变与膜性增生肾小球肾炎的病理特征相似。
In order to comprehensively and objectively describe pathological alterations of the kidney in chronic cadmium toxication,the ultrastructures of the renal glomerulus of the mice by chronic cadmium toxication were observed under transmission electron microscope and were analysed with morphometric techniques The results showed that the filtration barrier of renal glomerulus was obviously damaged The endothelial cells of the capillaries were swollen and thickened The vascular mesenchyme was proliferated The glomerular basement membrane was thickened The electron dense materials were seen between the glomerular basement membrane and the endothelial cells The slit pores between the secondary processes of podocytes were narrowed and the slit membrane was thined It was considered that the ultrastructural alterations of the renal glomerulus of the mice by chronic cadmium toxication were similar to the patholgical characteristics of the membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis
