镉对人体必需元素干扰的研究

Effects of cadmium on two elements necessary for human body

对１６例镉观察对象（尿镉两次＞００４５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ），采用原子吸收光谱法，测试了镉对人体五种必需元素代谢干扰。发现镉对人体必需元素钙、锌具有代谢性干扰作用。尿镉超标者，血清钙、锌显著低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０００１，或Ｐ＜００５）。经驱镉治疗后钙自然上升与对照组无统计学差异。锌变化不大，镉可引起骨骼钙的置换，二者具有拮抗作用。

Using atomic absorption spectrum,effects of cadmium on two elements necessary for human body were investiga ted in sixteen cases (two times of urinary cadmium>0 045μmol/L) The results were:Firstly,both serum calcium and serum zinc were significantly below the control group in the cases of urinary cadmium more than standards( P <0 001,or P <0 05) Secondly,serum calcium naturally rose under cadmium free treatments There was no statistical difference between it and the control group Serum zinc was unchanged under the same condition Finally,cadmium could induce the exchange of skeletal calcium There was an antagonism between them These results indicate that cadmium has a metabolic interference on serum calcium and serum zinc
