集对分析法在三江平原井灌区地下水资源承载力评价中的应用 被引量:17

Application of Set Pair Analysis Method on Groundwater Resources Carrying Capacity Evaluation in Well-Irrigation Area in Sanjiang Plain

摘要 近些年来,由于水田面积迅速增加,导致三江平原井灌水稻区地下水位普遍下降,“吊泵”、局部超采现象时有发生,因此,应加强三江平原地下水资源的科学管理。为解决上述问题,以红兴隆分局为例,应用集对分析理论,对红兴隆分局下属12个农场2006年的地下水资源承载力进行了综合评价。结果表明:八五二、双鸭山、曙光、北兴、红旗岭5个农场的地下水资源承载力为I级,仍有较大的承载力;友谊、五九七的地下水资源承载力为I~Ⅱ级,八五三、宝山的地下水资源承载力为Ⅱ级,地下水资源开发利用已有相当规模,但仍有一定的开发利用潜力;而饶河农场的地下水资源承栽力为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,二九一、江川农场的地下水资源承载力为Ⅲ级,地下水资源承载力已接近饱和。研究结果为红兴隆分局乃至整个三江平原地下水资源的保护及可持续利用提供了科学依据。 The rapid increase of paddy field acreage has led to widely descending of groundwater level in area of well irrigation paddy in Sanjiang Plain recent years. More and more "hanging pump" and partial overpumping have been occurring in this area, Therefore, the scientific management of groundwater resources in Sanjiang Plain should be strengthened. In order to solve above-mentioned problems, through taking Hongxinglong branch bureau as example and using the set pair analysis theory, the groundwater resources carrying capacities of twelve farms belong to Hongxinglong branch bureau in 2006 were evaluated comprehensively. The results show that the groundwater resources carrying capacities of Farm 852, Shuangyashan, Shuguang, Beixing and Hongqiling are in Ⅰ grade, their groundwater resources still have upper carrying capacities; the groundwater resources carrying capacities of Farm Youyi and 597 are in Ⅰ - Ⅱ grade, Farm 853 and Baoshan are in Ⅱ grade, their groundwater resources exploitation and utilization have had considerable scale, but still have some potential; the groundwater resources carrying capacity of Farm Raohe is in Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade, Farm 291 and Jiangchuan are in Ⅲ grade, their groundwater resources carrying capacities have been close to saturation. The study results can provide scientific gist for groundwater resource protection and sustainable utilization in Hongxinglong branch bureau so much as the entire Sanjiang Plain.
