2种典型的综合赋权法应用于灌区评价的比较研究

Comparative Study of Two Typical of Comprehensive Weight Combination Method Applied to Irrigation Area's Evaluation

指标权重的确定对评价结果的合理性起着至关重要的作用,为了对灌区节水改造项目综合后评估进行客观合理的评价,将2种典型的不同原理的综合赋权法应用于灌区节水改造项目评估,发现2种综合赋权法得出的权重向量大小排序结果并不相同,根据2种权重值计算的多个灌区评价值大小排序相同。对该现象进行了分析,并对2种赋权法的特点、适用范围进行了阐述。

Index weighfs determining is of great important to get reasonable evaluation result, in order to get objective and reasonable comprehensive evaluation result in irrigation area＇s water saving and reform project＇s post-evaluation , the author apply two typical of comprehensive weight combination method having different principle to index weight＇s calculation, then find two kind of weight vector having different size order , several irrigation area＇s evaluation value calculated using two kind of weight vector have the same order. The author analyze this case, and illustrate two typical of comprehensive weight combination method＇s characteristics and application scope.
