摘要
针对城市中压配电网存在的供电瓶颈问题,分析了城市中压配电网在不同接线方式下的站间负荷转移情况后提出了最大供电能力的评估方法。在线路满足N-1原则的前提下,着重考虑主变N-1原则下所能提供的最大负荷,给出了城市中压配电网最大供电能力的数学模型。该模型是以中压配电网所能提供的最大负荷为目标函数、以N-1原则为约束条件的混合整数规划问题,采用优化计算软件包LINGO求解。实际配电网络的算例验证了该方法在评估中压配电网最大供电能力方面的可行性与有效性,表明加强站间联络既能提高供电可靠性,又能有效挖掘配电网的供电潜力,可望用于优化电网运行,确定供电设备合理的负载水平,指导城市中压配电网的规划建设。
A method for evaluating the maximum load capability is proposed to deal with the bottleneck of load capacity in urban medium voltage distribution system. By analyzing different connection modes for load transfer, a model of the maximum load capability based on N-1 principle is given. The model, taking the maximum load power as objective function, is a mixed integer programming and can be solved by Lingo. The sample of actual distribution system verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed in evaluating the maximum load capability, and shows that strengthening connections between substations can improve supply reliability and develop the latent supply capability of distribution system. The proposed evaluation method is promising to be applied in optimizing the operation of distribution system, determining the appropriate loading level of supply equipments and guiding construction of distribution system.
