Implementation of Decision System for Sea Search and Rescue Based on Electronic Chart Display System

以增强海上遇险搜寻与救助有效性为研究目的,开发基于电子海图的海上搜寻与救助协调决策系统软件。介绍了海上遇险事件报告与更新,救助船舶或飞机的选派,遇险目标漂流轨迹的预报,选择合适的搜索模式及救助方案来进行海上搜救工作等功能的实现方法。

The decision system for sea search and rescue was developed based on ECDIS to accumulate the efficiency of search and rescue in the sea. The implementation methods of some functions in the system were introduced, including the report and update of maritime incident, arrangement of rescue ships and planes, the forecast of the drifting trace of the distress target, the suitable choice of search patterns and rescue plans, etc.
