随着港口和航运业的快速发展,船舶数量不断增加,以船舶作为经济运行的担保物设定抵押权的现象越来越普遍。通过对船舶抵押权的制度、效力、风险及建造中船舶抵押等问题的分析和探讨,使相关利害当事人进一步理解船舶抵押权的相关法律问题。对船舶抵押权登记提出几点看法和建议。

With the rapid development of the port and shipping industry, the number of the ships has increased continuously. The phenomenon that mortgages set by the ships as economic operation security has been more and more common. By analyzing the system, effect and risk of the mortgages including the ship in build, this paper makes the interest related parties further understand the relevant law suit and gives some suggestions about the mortgages registration.
