水分胁迫对加工番茄光系统Ⅱ的影响 被引量:16

摘要 利用JIP-测定分析方法,研究水分胁迫对加工番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)叶片快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数的影响。结果表明,随土壤水分的下降,最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ光化学活性(Fv/Fm)、量子产额或能量分配比率(φPo、ψo和φEo)、单位横截面积的比活性(RC/CSM、ABS/CSM、TRO/CSM和ETO/CSM)、单位PSⅡ反应中心耗散掉的能量(DIO/RC)、反应中心密度(RC/CSM)、性能指数(PIABS和PICSM)、推动力(DFABS)均降低,初始荧光(Fo)、热耗散的量子比率(φDo)、单位面积的热耗散(DIO/CSM)、单位PSⅡ反应中心的比活性(ABS/RC、DIO/RC)均升高;性能指数(PIABS、PICSM)和推动力(DFABS)对水分胁迫更为敏感。总之,水分胁迫下,加工番茄叶片发生光抑制,PSⅡ的受体侧受到伤害,PSⅡ反应中心降解或失活。认为性能指数(PIABS)和推动力(DFABS)可以作为光抑制指标。 Experiments were made to study the effect of water stress on changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of tomota by applying the chlorophyll fluorescence technique. The results indicated that, along with the decrease of soil moisture, all the maximal recorded fluorescence intensity( Fm ), the ratio of variable to maximum fluorescence( Fv/Fm ), yields or fluxs ratios( φPo、ψo and φEo ), phenomenological energy fluxes per CS (RC/CSM, ABS/CSM, TRo/CSM and ETo/CSM), dissipated energy flux per RC (DIo/RC), density of RCs ( RC / CSM ) , performance indexes( PI ABS and PICSM ), ( DF ABS ) decreased, minimal recorded fluorescence intensity(Fo), quantum yield for energy dissipation (φDo), dissipated energy flux per CS (DIO/CSM), per QA-reducing PSⅡ reaction center(ABS/RC and DIo/RC) increased. Among the numerous J IP-test expression, performance indexes(PIABS and PICSM) and driving forces(DFABS)were the most sensitive. All results indicated that under water stress tomato leavers appeared light inhibition, inactivation of reaction centers and inhibition of the electron transport at the acceptor side of PSⅡ. Performance indexes(PIABS) and driving forces (DFABS) were used as targets of light inhibition.
