研究型大学培养学生创新人才的差异化培育模式研究

Model of Classifying and Nurturing Creative Talents in Research Universitys

本文从创新人才的学校培育体系入手,分析影响学校创新人才培育模式的主要因素,并综合价值链管理的思想,构建了高校的学生创新人才价值体系,而且分析研究型大学中与创新人才价值体系相关的资源特点,最后,依据研究型大学的资源特征,提出并阐释了研究型大学培养学生创新人才的差异化培育模式。

Colleges and universities are important ways to cultivate the creative talents who are keys to enhance the ability of national technical innovation. First, we analyzed the main factors which can impact the model of nurturing creative talents from the school system; then based on the theory of value chain, we formated the value system about the creative students; thirdly, we detailed the resource characteristics related the value system of creative talents in research universities; finally, on the basis of those characteristics, we proposed and explained the differential model of nurturing innovative students in research universities.
