摘要
从死亡曲线与预后评估的关系、预后评估的影响因子及预后综合评估模式3方面综述了癌症末期病人预后评估的相关性研究,以期对我国开展类似研究,确立本土化的临终关怀准入标准,探索合适的预后告知沟通模式提供借鉴思考。
It summarized the related research on prognostic evaluation of terminally ill cancer patients from three aspects of relationship between death curve and prognostic evaluation, influencing factors of prognostic evaluation and prognostic general evaluation model, so as to provide some references and thinking for carrying out similar studies, establishing local access standards for hospitalpice and exploring suitable prognostic inform communication model in China.
