山莨菪碱扩张局部皮肤浅表血管的临床研究

Study of Dilated Effects of Anisodamine on Superficial Vessels of the Skin

用山莨菪碱溶液和一些其他药物涂以局部皮肤浅表血管，测量血管宽度，观察其效应。结果显示２％山莨菪碱扩张局部皮肤浅表血管的显效率达８０％，与其他药物比较有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０１，临床应用５０例（静脉输液有困难，血管条件不良者），一次性穿刺成功３８例，重复涂药后穿刺成功８例，未充盈扩张４例。所用患者均无局部或全身不良反应，我们认为，局部应用２％山莨菪碱可扩张局部浅表血管，该方法有一定的实用价值。

Anisodamine solution and some other drugs were applied on 340 people's skin in this study to test its vessel effects.Diameter of superficial vessels were measured.The results showed that 80% samples using 2% anisodamine were dilated,difference were significant in 2% anisodamine group compared with other groups (P<0.01) .In a clinical test,2% anisodamine solution was applied on 50 patients which had some difficulties in their superficial vein puncture for their unsatisfactory vessels,38 of them punctured without any difficulty,8 of the remains punctured satisfactorily after reapplying the drug,only 4 failed.No local or general Side effects were founded.It was concluded that applying 2% anisodamine solution on local skin can dilate the superficial vein.
