摘要
用透射电子显微镜研究了烟草类根瘤质体的超微结构。结果表明,它的质体与众不同,一些质体含有蛋白体,但数量很少,一般只有一个,多近似圆形或椭圆形,且电子密度较高。在这些质体的基质中有数量不等,大小不一,电子密度很低的淀粉粒和少量由质体被膜内陷而成的突起和管状结构,其中一些管状结构还与质体中的蛋白体相连。不仅如此,在这些质体附近的细胞质中还常有内质网、高尔基体、小泡和蛋白体,一些内质网、小泡和蛋白体甚至贴在质体的被膜上。
Nicotiana tabacum paranodules were studied with TEM. Study shown that some plastids in Nicotiana tabacum paranodulal ceils contained protein bodies, but the protein bodies were less in number, a plastid often contained one that was approximate round or oval, and was higher in electron density. The plastids with protein bodies often possessed some starch granules that were lower in electron density and some tubular structure that was higher in electron density. Sometimes the plastid envelope and the protein bodies were connected by the tubular structure in plastids. Not only was so, a large quantity of endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi bodies and vesicles were located near the plastid with protein body, even some endoplasmic reticulum and vesicles were on their envelopes and fused each other. The formational processes of the protein bodies in the plastids and its basic principle were discussed in this paper.
