摘要
目的:优选小儿牛黄退热巴布膏中栀子与胡黄连的合提工艺。方法:采用正交试验和多指标试验全概率公式评分法,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以栀子苷含量、浸膏得率为考察指标,优选最佳工艺。结果:栀子与胡黄连最佳合提工艺为加8倍量60%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2h。结论:该工艺合理、稳定可行,适用于工业化大生产。
OBJECTIVE : To optimize the extraction process of Gardenia jasminoides and Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora in Xiao'er niuhuang antipyretic cataplasms. METHODS: The extraction process of Gardenia jasminoides and Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora in Xiao'er niuhuang antipyretic cataplasms was optimized using orthogonal test by multi - index test total probability formula scoring method, with the concentration and amount of alcohol, and the extraction time and extraction times as factors, and with the content of j asminoidin and the yield of the extractum as indexes. RESULTS: The best extraction process of Gardenia jasminoides and Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora was as follows: 8-fold volume of 60% alcohol were extracted twice (2 h each time) . CONCLUSION: The above extraction procedure is reasonable, stable and feasible, and applicable to the industrialized production.
