Optimization of the Extraction Process of Xiao'er Niuhuang Antipyretic Cataplasms by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:优选小儿牛黄退热巴布膏中栀子与胡黄连的合提工艺。方法:采用正交试验和多指标试验全概率公式评分法,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以栀子苷含量、浸膏得率为考察指标,优选最佳工艺。结果:栀子与胡黄连最佳合提工艺为加8倍量60%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2h。结论:该工艺合理、稳定可行,适用于工业化大生产。

OBJECTIVE ： To optimize the extraction process of Gardenia jasminoides and Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora in Xiao＇er niuhuang antipyretic cataplasms. METHODS： The extraction process of Gardenia jasminoides and Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora in Xiao＇er niuhuang antipyretic cataplasms was optimized using orthogonal test by multi - index test total probability formula scoring method, with the concentration and amount of alcohol, and the extraction time and extraction times as factors, and with the content of j asminoidin and the yield of the extractum as indexes. RESULTS： The best extraction process of Gardenia jasminoides and Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora was as follows： 8-fold volume of 60% alcohol were extracted twice （2 h each time） . CONCLUSION： The above extraction procedure is reasonable, stable and feasible, and applicable to the industrialized production.
