痛风颗粒质量标准研究

Quality Standard of Tongfeng Granules

目的:建立痛风颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中薏苡仁、赤芍、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定知母中有效成分菝葜皂苷元的含量。结果:TLC特征明显、专属性强;菝葜皂苷元进样量在0.546～4.368μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.74%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于痛风颗粒的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish the quality standard of Tongfeng granules.METHODS：Coix lacryma - jobi ,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the granules were identified by TLC, and the content of sarsasapogenin in Tongfeng granules was determined by HPLC- ELSD .RESULTS：The TLC characteristics were distinctive and specific .The linear range for sarsasapogenin was 0.546-4.368 μg（ r = 0.999 8） and the average recovery was 97.74% （RSD = 1.3%, n = 6）.CONCLUSION： The established standard can be used for the quality control of Tongfeng granules.
