我院对口服降血糖药物的临床应用分析

An analysis of the oral drugs used for diabetes mellitus in our hospital

目的调查我院2008年1、2月的口服降糖药物的用药情况，分析药物的利用程度，了解糖尿病的用药现状，为今后合理使用降糖药提供依据。方法采用WHO推荐的DDD分析方法作为判定药物利用的依据，并用Excel软件建立表格进行统计。结果用药频度（DDDs）排序在前四位的是盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸吡格列酮片／卡司平、格列美脲片（JK）／亚莫利、二甲双胍格列齐特片／度和，显示这四种药物为我院使用最广泛的口服降糖药。药物利用指数（DUI）基本接近1。结论我院在糖尿病的治疗方面以联合用药为主，降血糖药物应用基本合理。

Objective In order to provide a reasonable basis for clinical use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in future, the oral hypoglycemic drugs treatment of hospital District in 2008 January and February were investigate, analysis the extent use, to understand the using status of oral hypoglycemic drugs. Methods WHO recommended by the DDD method as determined on the basis of drug use. Using Excel software forms statistics. Result DDDs ranking of the previous four is Metformin hydrochloride. Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets, Glimepiride Tablets, Metformin Hydrochloride and Gliclazide Tablets. This shows our hospital for four drugs most widely used oral hypoglycemic drugs. DUI more or less than a majority. Conclusion Indicate that our oral hypoglycemic drugs application reasonable.
