多通道温度测定仪及铂热电阻传感器在血站冷链中的应用

摘要 目的探讨多通道温度测定仪及铂热电阻传感器在血站冷链中的应用,应用温度偏差、温度均匀度、温度波动度三项指标来衡量冷链中贮血设备的状态,确保血液的安全贮存从而保证血站冷链的有效性。方法应用多通道温度测定仪及铂热电阻传感器对血站冷链设备进行温度测定,对测定数据进行分析及评价。结果-40℃低温冰箱、4℃贮血冰箱、血小板保存箱、细菌培养仪的温度偏差分别为-0.4℃、-0.5℃、0.6℃、-0.5℃;温度均匀度分别为0.5℃、0.4℃、1.3℃、0.6℃;温度波动度分别为±0.1℃、±0.1℃、±0.4℃、±0.2℃。结论除血小板保存箱的温度均匀度(1.3℃)超过技术要求(1.0℃)以外,其他冷链设备的各项指标均达到规定的技术要求,通过应用多通道温度测定仪及铂热电阻传感器能够准确测定血站冷链设备的实际温度,应用温度偏差、温度均匀度、温度波动度三项指标能更好地衡量血站冷链设备的状态,为血液贮存的安全及血站冷链的有效性提供保证。 Objective To investigate the application of Muitipoint temperature detector and Platinum thermal resistance sensor in Cold-chain of Blood Bank , in order to ensure the safety of blood storage and availability of Cold-chain with three indicators of temperature deviation ,uniformity and fluctuation. Methods Temperature of Cold-chain facility of Blood Bank was detected by Multioint temperature detector and Platinum thermal resistance sensor, and the results were analyzed. Results Temperature deviation in -40℃ deep freeze refrigerator, 4℃refrigerator, platelet servation case, Bacterial culture system are -0.4℃ -0.5℃ 0.6℃, -0.5℃: temperature uniformity ate 0.5℃. 0.4℃、 1.3℃、 0.6℃; temperature fluctuation are ±0.1℃、±0. 1℃ 、±0.4℃、±0. 2℃. Conclusions Cold-chain facility ,s each indicator achieves the specification except temperature uniformity of platelet servation case(1.3℃). With application of Multipoint temperature detector and Platinum thermal resistance sensor, temperature can be accurately measured for blood Cold-chain facility and provide safety and availability for blood storage.
