摘要
目的探讨老年人急性阑尾炎的超声诊断意义。方法对我院115例临床上疑有急性阑尾炎的老年病人进行超声检查，并与术后病理进行对照分析。结果115例老年人阑尾炎超声诊断符合率为91．3％，对化脓性和坏疽性阑尾炎、阑尾脓肿符合率、敏感度和特异度均达100％，单纯性和慢性阑尾炎存在漏诊现象。结论超声检查是老年人阑尾炎的重要辅助诊断方法，可列为常规检查项目之一。
Objective Discusses the senior citizen acute appendicitis＇s ultrasound diagnosis significance. Method On clinical doubts to my hospital 115 examples has acute appendicitis＇s old age patient to carry on the ultrasound inspection. And after the Surgery the pathology carries on the check analysis. Results 115 example senior citizen appendicitis ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate 91.3%,To the suppurative and the gangrene appendicitis, the appendicular abscess coincidence rate, the sensitivity and the peculiarity reach 100%, the retinitis simplex and the chronic appendicitis exist leak examine the phenomenon. Conclusion The ultrasound inspection is the senior citizen appendicitis important auxiliary diagnosis method, may list as one of routine inspection projects
