摘要
教学质量是高校发展永恒的主题,已成为教育界的共识。本文通过对目前高师院校教学质量的现状及影响因素的分析,提出了提高地方高师院校教学质量的对策思考。
Teaching quality is the lasting theme in the development of colleges and the consensus in educational society. The paper analyzes the situation of teaching quality in normal colleges and its factors and puts forward the countermeasures to improve it.
