论我国农村土地征收补偿标准的立法完善

On the Legislative Perfection of the Standards Concerning the Compensation of Land Requisition in the Countryside of Our Country

农村土地征收补偿标准问题是农村土地征收的核心问题,科学合理地设定补偿标准直接影响着广大被征地农民合法权益的保护。由于我国农村土地征收补偿标准制度的粗线条和不完善,导致了在农地征收过程中对农民利益的侵害。文章针对当前农村土地征收标准在立法上的不足,分析了问题存在的原因,提出了完善立法的建议。

The standards concerning the compensation of farmland requisition are the core issues in the land requisition in the countryside of our country. To set scientific and rational standards of the compensation of land requisition directly affects the protection of the legislative rights of the farmers of which the land was requisitioned. The system of the standards concerning the compensation of farmland requisition in our country is relatively rough and imperfect, thus causing the interests of the farmers being violated during the farmland requisition. This article aims at the legislative deficiency of the current standards concerning the compensation of farmland requisition, analyzes the causes occurred in the issues and proposes the suggestions to perfect the legislation.
