基于有限元法的秸秆餐碗静压应力仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 论述了秸秆餐碗的特点,建立了餐碗的有限元模型,通过有限元方法对其在静压载荷作用下的力学特性进行仿真分析,得出沿餐碗高度方向的应力分布图,并分析了应力分布特点,为餐碗的结构改进和优化设计提供了参考依据。同时,将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,证明了有限元仿真的正确性。 The characteristics of straw bowl were discussed,a FEM of the bowl was built. Simulated research on the static compression behavior of straw bowl was performed by FEM,the stress maps of straw bowl along the direction of bowl height distribution were obtained,and its stress distribution properties were analyzed,improvement and optimization design reference was provided.The experimental results were compared with the simulation results,which shows the FEM simulation can obtain the correct results.
