摘要
以某农用车为研究对象,建立了盘式制动器总成的三维模型并通过软件集成技术在有限元软件Nastran环境下对该制动器的活塞、支架及钳体等关键零件进行了结构分析与仿真计算。有限元仿真计算的结果表明,该制动器的活塞、支架和钳体等关键零件满足强度设计要求,证明该盘式制动器的结构设计是可行的。
In this paper,with a agricultural automobile for object,assembly of the physical models is established.Under the environment of finite element software nastran,the structural analysis and simulation calculation of the key parts such as cylinder,clamp and bracket is carried out by the software integration technique.Results of the simulation calculation show that of the cylinder,the clamp and the bracket satisfy design requirements and designing of the disc-brake is available.
