摘要
人类基因组计划的启动和实施使得核酸、蛋白质数据迅速增长,如何从海量数据中获取有效的信息成为生物信息学迫切要解决的问题。数据挖掘技术用于在数据库中发现潜在有用的知识,在生物信息学研究中,正发挥着越来越重要的作用,而且取得了丰硕的成果。为此,从生物信息学的理论出发,探讨了若干生物信息数据挖掘的方法及其应用。
With the startup and implementation of human genome project,nucleic acid and protein data has been increased rapidly.It is an urgent problem that how to gain useful information from plentiful data.Data mining technology used in the database found that the potentially useful knowledge,in bioinformatics,is playing an increasingly important role,and achieved fruitful results. From bioinformatics theory,a number of biological information and data mining methods and their applications.
