摘要
用平衡粒径模型分析了旋风除尘器内常用的柱形芯管结构存在的缺陷,提出用带锥形扩口和十字板的芯管改进旋风除尘器的内部芯管结构,并用实验研究测得了新型结构减阻增效的幅度.
The existing defect of cylindrical core tube inside cyclone separator is analysed by model of balancing particle. The expend cone core and cross plate tube is suggested to replace the cylindical core tube structure. The range of pressure reduction and efficiency increase are investigated by experiments.
