摘要 结合传统生理生化鉴定结果和16S rDNA序列分析方法对L.casei Zhang在干酪乳杆菌这个类群中的分类学地位进行了综述。结果表明,该菌应属于干酪乳杆菌干酪亚种。 In this paper, the status of L. casei Zhang in polyphasic taxonomy system was reviewed according to analysis of physiological and biochemical characteristics together with 16S rRNA gene sequence. It was showed that this strain belonged to Lactobacillus casei subsp.
