酪蛋白糖巨肽分离条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了利用了(NH4)2SO4分级沉淀、三氯乙酸(TCA)纯化酪蛋白的胃蛋白酶水解物中的CGMP的工艺。结果表明,经过20%和65%饱和度的硫酸铵沉淀胃蛋白酶水解物,质量分数为12%的TCA纯化得到的样品,其纯度为91.2%。整个工艺路线简便、快捷、成本较低,适合工业化生产。 In this paper, the isolation and purification conditions for CGMP from pepsin casein hydrolysate were studied by ammonium sulfate precipitation, 12% TCA purification. The purity of CGMP produced was 91.2%. The entire processing condition was simple, fast, low cost and suitable for industry.
