摘要
本文采用“扩散偶法”研究了碳氮原子同时向奥氏体扩散时的扩散系数的求解方法,研究结果表明:在奥氏体状态下,碳原子的扩散系数可根据Boltzmann公式进行求解;而氮原子的扩散系数只能根据“限定源法”进行求解。
This paper deals with the calculating methods of carbon and nitrogen atom′s diffusion coefficients,when they diffuse in austenite at the same time,by using diffusion couple method.The results show:in the state of austemite,Carbon atom′s diffusion coefficient can be calcuated by using Boltzmann formula,and nitrogen atom′s diffusion coefficient can only be calculated by using finite element method.
