个人—组织契合度与员工关系绩效相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过调查数据统计,运用结构方程模型,实证分析了个人-组织契合度与关系绩效及各维度的关系。实证结果表明:个人-组织契合程度越高的员工关系绩效越好;个人-组织契合度的"员工尊重"维度对关系绩效的正向影响较大,而"安定守成"维度对关系绩效有负面影响;"员工尊重"维度最有利于关系绩效中工作奉献。
