益气补肾为主治疗肺癌患者术后化疗反应的临床研究

Effect of Qi-strengthening and Kidney-tonifying Dominant Therapy on Post-chemotherapy Reactionin Lung Cancer Patients

目的:观察益气补肾为主方药对肺癌患者术后化疗反应的防治作用。方法:选择72例患者随机分成2组,观察组42例,对照组30例,观察组服用益气补肾方,对照组服用金复康口服液,2周后评定治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组白细胞上升至0度患者明显多于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ度患者明显少于对照组(P<0.05),提示观察组白细胞升高程度优于对照组。治疗后观察组厌食、出汗症状明显改善,0度患者明显多于对照组(P<0.05);乏力症状也有所改善,但0度患者与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气补肾方可以减轻肺癌术后化疗反应,改善患者症状。

Objective:To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Qi-strengthening and kidney-tonifying dominant therapy on post-chemotherapy reaction in lung cancer patients.Methods:Seventy-two lung cancer patients were randomized into two groups:the control group(n=30)received Jinfukang Oral Liquid and the treatment group(n=42)received prescription of strengthening Qi and tonifying kidney.After treatment for 2 weeks,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results: After treatment,the number of grade-zero patients with increase of white blood cells (WBC)was more,but the number of grade-Ⅱpatients with increase of WBC was less in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect on increasing WBC in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The number of grade-zero patients with relief of anorexia and sweating was more in the treatment group than that in the control group,but the difference of lassitude relief was insignificant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qi-strengthening and kidney-tonifying dominant therapy can reduce post-chemotherapy reaction and relieve symptoms in lung cancer patients.
