Determination of Chrysophanol in Qianbai Biyan Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立千柏鼻炎片中大黄酚含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为SunFire C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(90:10),流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为256nm。结果:大黄酚在0.03～0.21μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为0.5%(n=5)。结论:方法准确可靠,简单易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chrysophanol in Qianbai Biyan Tablets. Method ： The SunFire C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） was used , the methanol-water （90：10） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml· min^- 1, the detection wavelength was 256nm. Result： The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.03 - 0.21 μg（ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 97.4%, RSD 0. 5% （n = 5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and reliable,It can be used for the quality control of qianbai Biyan tablets.
