摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定气血和胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Ultimate XB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(30:70),流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);柱温:25℃;检测波长:320nm。结果:阿魏酸在浓度为5.0~80.9μg·ml^(-1)时线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.7%;RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:方法简单、准确,可作为气血和胶囊的质量控制。
Objective : To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ferulic acid in Qixuehe Capsules. Method : Ultimate XB- C18 column ( 250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution ( 30: 70 ), the flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1 ;the column temperature was 25 ℃ ;the detection wavelength was 320nm. Result: The linear range of Ferulie acid was 5.0 - 80.9 μg· ml^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 101.7% ( RSD = 1.7%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can he used for quality control of Qixuehe Capsules.
