摘要 目的:建立补虚颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,乙腈:1%冰醋酸水溶液(25:75)为流动相;流速:0.8 ml·min^(-1);柱温:25℃;检测波长:323 nm。结果:阿魏酸在0.59~4.72μg·ml^(-1)具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.86%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。 Objective: To set up a method to determine the content of ferulic acid in Buxue granules. Method: HPLC method was adopted in which the Kromasil C18 column (250mm × 4, 6mm ,5μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 1% glacialacetic acid water solution(25:75 ). The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 323 nm. The column tempreture was at 25 ℃. Result : The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 0.59 - 4.72 μg· ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 3 ), the average recovery was 101.0% with RSD of 1.86% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is simple , rapid and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
