摘要
ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ操作系统是一种分时式多任务操作系统，其任务调度机制不能满足实时测控系统的要求，针对这一弱点。
As a multi-task operating system,Windows dispatch tasks by timing. This mechanism cann't meet the demands of real-time controlling and testing system. The paper improve the dispatching mechanism of Windows so that Windows can respons to the interrupt request of hardware.
