摘要 根据成都地铁一号线盾构机所选机型在施工过程中的经验和教训,通过对盾构机的掘进机理深入分析,提出了在富水砂卵石地层盾构机刀盘的合理结构形式。要求刀盘结构强、材质好、面板少、开口率大、开口尺寸适当,用网格结构控制;中心安装超前撕裂刀;滚刀刃间距根据所配置的螺旋输送机的排除卵石尺寸确定;以及刀盘的正、侧面备有耐磨保护装置措施等。 Based on the experience and lessons learned from the shield designed for driving Chengdu metro Line 1, and through in-depth analysis on the special characteristics of Chengdu geology and the driving mechanism of TBM, this article brings forward the reasonable structural arrangement of cutter head of TBM suitable for boring water-saturated cobble and sand stratum. The cutter head should be of competent structure and made of good material. A few face plates are necessary with high percentage of opening and suitable opening sieze. The cutter head is controlled by a network structure. A splitting cutter is set on the center of cutter head. Spacing of cutters is determined by the siezes of cobbles to be mucked by the spiral conveyer. Abrasive-resistant measures are adopted for the front and lateral sides of cutters.
