摘要
从试验和理论分析两方面对汽车用温度传感器(即感温塞)中的稳定导热问题进行了研究,得到感温塞上的温度分布及温敏元件的真实温度与感温塞浸没于冷却液中深度之间的函数关系;导出温敏元件的耗散系数与接触热阻之间的关系,并分析讨论了诸因素对器件性能及测温系统的影响。
The heat conduction in temperature sensor (temperature sensitive plug) of automobile is studied both experiment and theoretical analysis. The functionce relationship between temperature distribution on the temperature sensitive plug as well as the true temperature if the temperature sensitive element and inpregnated depth of the temperature sensitive plug in cooling liquid is obtained, also the relationship between the disipation coefficient of the temperture sensitive element and contact resistance is derived. The influences of the factors on the device performance and temperature measuring system are analysied and discussed.
