摘要
本文从正、负电阻增量比率网络链的基本原理导出正、负电阻增量中和的概念,并提出中和比率器、电阻中和比率器电桥的结构原理,从而获得精密测量电阻的中和原理。电阻中和测量原理可广泛地应用来消除引线电阻对测量结果的影响,并有效地用来提高微电阻测量及电阻传感器的测量准确度。
The positive and negative resistance increments can be yielded by a resistance incrementary ratio network chains.In this paper a concept of resistance neutralization in view of the fact that the positive resistance increments can be neutralized by the negative resistance increments in a branch of resistance neutralization. The negative resistance increments in the chains of resistance incrementary ratio network can be expressed as follows, -=f(R 0)+R * -f(ΔR -)=R-f(ΔR -),where R is the resistance of the chain during f(ΔR -)=0.If a resistance under test is R x,can be quantized as a positive resistance increments and let it connect in series with a negative resistance incrementary ratio network chain,then we get a special branch of resistance neutralization in which we found a condition of neutralization of resistance as below;R x+ -=R and R x=f(ΔR -),that is the resistance of R x is neutralized by the known function of resistance increments when the resistance of the resistance neutralization branch is kept constantly as R. This measuring principle of resistance by means of the method of resistance neutralization is introduced in this paper and bring a model of resistance neutralization bridge to the proof.The concept of resistance neutralization is new and valid and the measuring principle of resistance neutralization is effective to eliminte the leading errors in tranducer with long wiring,especial for the resistance thermometry bridge and the measuring system of strain gauge. A model of resistance neutralization bridge had built,it has the measuring range of 0 611.11110Ω with the resolution of 10μΩ and the accuracy of the order of 100 ppm.
