摘要
本文提出电荷平衡式A/D转换器通用模型,给出其传输特性及非线性误差表达式,探讨减小非线性误差的技术方法,并设计了一种定压方式的脉宽调制A/D方案,在仅需最少精密器件且勿需补偿的情况下实现高线性度A/D转换系统设计,取得了很好的实用效果。
Based on the review of the well known charge balancing A/D conversion techniques,this article proposes the general model for them.The equation about the nonlinearity and critical non ideal factors is formulated with a rigorous and simple mathematical method.Then the paper presents a new technique to minimize the nonlinearity effectively,which require a minimum of precision devices and need not to compensate.Experiments show that the technique is excellent.
