葡萄籽提取物——保护我们的大脑 被引量:1

摘要 1979年,法国科学家Jack Masquelier教授从红葡萄籽和法国海岸松树皮中提炼出一类特殊的生物类黄酮,正式命名为原花色素低聚物(oligomeric proanthocyanidinso他造了个新词:pycnjogenols也叫OPC,是指利用他的专利提炼法,从蔬菜水果中得到的单个类黄酮物质的总称。
