就毒的概念、形成和毒的临床表征进行了初步探讨。认为毒乃为一类特殊的致病因素。有外毒与内毒之分,外毒乃源于自然界的一类致病邪气,内毒多缘于邪气蕴结,化变而为之。毒邪致病,以败坏形质,损伤脏腑,功能受损为鲜明特点。同时就毒的形成和临床表征作了初步的分析。
