摘要
通过分析现有的一些边缘检测方法,针对在复杂环境下对车牌图象进行分割提取这一问题,提出了一种基于脊波变换的边缘检测方法.这种方法以脊波变换为理论基础,具有多方向和多尺度性,能对车牌中的不同方向的边缘特征进行有效的检测.实验表明,该检测方法抗噪声更强,定位更准确.
A method for edge detection based on ridgelet transform was proposed. It could present and detect edges efficiently with different directions in the license plate. Experimental results show that the method may locate the edge of the noised license plate more accurately.
