摘要 霍尔电流传感器受温度影响比较大,因此需要对该传感器进行温度补偿。本文在恒温场中对霍尔电流传感器施加不同的测试电流,用温度传感器监测它的工作温度,根据监测结果采用二维回归分析法建立起被测电流、霍尔电流传感器输出电压和其丁作温度之间的函数关系并进行数据融合处理,削弱温度对该电流传感器的干扰。融合结果表明,补偿后比补偿前该电流传感器的测量精度提高了1~2个数量级。将该算法存储到单片机中,通过硬件电路实现对两传感器采集数据的实时处理,使得该传感测试系统具有一定的自适应能力。同以往的方法相比,该软件补偿方法更能满足实际测量的要求。 Hall current sensor needs temperature compensation because of temperature disturbance. In this paper, we exert different test currents to the Hall current sensor and monitor the operating temperature of the current sensor with temperature sensor in a constant temperature field. According to the monitored results, we apply two-dimensional regression analysis to establish functional relations among the electric current, the output voltage of the Hall electric current sensor and its operating temperature, and to carry on data fusion processing, so that the temperature disturbance to this electric current sensor is weakened. The fusion results show that the current sensor measurement accuracy is improved by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude after compensation. Finally, the algorithm is stored in a SCM, and the collected data from two sensors are processed in real-time by hardware circuit, which makes this sensing test system have certain adaptive ability. Compared with previous methods, this software compensation method can meet the actual measurement requirements better.
