Nowadays, the world enters the era IT application, the sharing of information resources has become ＇an inevitable trend in the scope of the world. In the process of the development, the protection of knowledge property has always been in close relations with the IT application, and simultaneously caused a lot of problems. This article analyses the relationships between the sharing of information resources and the protection of knowledge property, presents some tactics in order to correctly handling the contradictions between the two.
