医用统计学软件PPMS 1.5的组成和应用特点

目的介绍中文医用统计学软件PPMS 1.5的功能及其应用特点。方法对应用Delphi语言编制而成的PPMS 1.5的功能及其应用特点进行分析。结果PPMS应用过程中不需编程,完全采用菜单和对话框的操作方式,操作简单,简便易学。全中文界面,用户界面友好。PPMS不仅能处理原始数据,而对于原始数据已丢失、只有"均数±标准差"的数据也能进行t检验和单因素方差分析;同时可以进行多个率χ2检验之后的两两比较、多个样本秩和检验之后的两两比较等。且在统计设计中的应用功能强大。结论PPMS 1.5是一种实用、便捷的统计学软件,可以在医学科学研究中推广应用。

Objective To recommend PPMS 1.5 medical statistical software in Chinese and its application and features. Methods The functions and the application characteristics of Dolphin-based PPMS 1.5 were analyzed. Results No programming was needed in the application of PPMS, which could be easily operated by menus and dialogues. With all-Chinese customer-friendly interface, PPMS could not only process the original data, hut also do the t test and single factor analysis of variance of the data with only ＂mean± standard deviation＂. Paired Comparisons following χ^2 test of the multiple comparisons of rates and following the rank sum test of multiple samples could also be carried out with the software. PPMS was powerful in the statistical design. Conclusion PPMS 1.5 is a practical and facile statistical software, which is worthy of wide application in medical research.
