摘要
对气动系统中传统的手动定值器进行了电控改进设计。根据定值器的工作要求和特点,进行了电控定值器的总体方案设计,拟定了电控定值器关键部分的运动方案,给出了各主要参数及作用力的计算公式或方法。电控部分采用了单片机控制其电磁驱动装置的电流大小,实现了系统的电气化和人性化,初步达到了向自动化发展的目标。
In this paper, a kind of electronic controlled valves is designed to improve the traditional direct manual control valuation. According to the work requirements and characteristics of the pneumatic system, the overall program design of the electronic control valuation is carried, the work scope and outline size are determined, the campaign program of the key part of the electronic control valuation is developed. In electronic control part, using MCS 51 for the controllers of the electromagnetic drive device to control the size of the electric current, the systematic and humanic of the system is realized the develooment goal of automation is initially achieved.
