放疗加PF方案化疗治疗中晚期食管癌临床观察

Clinical Observation for Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma Treated with Radiotherapy Combined with PF Chemothe-rapy

目的观察放疗加PF方案化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法将62例中晚期食管癌随机分为两组,单纯放疗组(单放组)32例,同期放化疗组(化放组)30例。两组患者均接受常规放疗,总剂量60～70Gy。化放组患者采用PF方案化疗,顺铂20mg/m2,5-FU500mg/m2,每周2次,共3～4周期。结果化放组和单放组有效率分别为90.0%和62.5%(P<0.05),化放组毒性反应大于单放组,但仅骨髓抑制差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗联合小剂量PF方案化疗可提高近期疗效,毒副作用小。

Objective To observe the short term effect and side effect of radiotherapy combined with PF chemotherapy on advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups： 32 patients in group R received radiotherapy, while 30 patients in group R ＋ C received concurrent radio-chemotherapy. All patients were received conventional radiotherapy to a total dose of 60-70 Gy. Patients in group R ＋ C were also treated with cisplatin and fluorouracil. Results The overall response rate in group R ＋ C was 90%, while in group R, it was 62.5 % （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The acute toxic effect was severer in group R ＋ C than in group R, but only myelosuppression were significantly severer in R ＋ C group than in group C （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with low dose PF chemotherapy could enhance short-term effect with less toxicity.
