社区老年高血压患者心理健康状况调查

A Survey of Psychological Health Condition of Aged Hypertension Patients in Community

目的了解社区老年高血压患者心理健康状况,从而为其心理健康保健提供科学依据。方法对社区307例老年高血压患者现场测量血压,了解相关知识以及心理问卷调查,包括:症状自评量表(SCL-90)、一般健康问卷(GHQ)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)。结果307例老年高血压患者的SCL-90总分在>160分或者阳性项目数超过43的共有55例(17.9%);GHQ可疑心理问题87例阳性率为28.3%,ADL日常生活能力下降或明显障碍为5.9%;老年高血压患者心理健康状况与年龄、性格、月收入、是否享受医疗保险制度、精神病史、对高血压导致脑卒中的认知、是否定期测血压及规律服药有关,是影响老年高血压患者心理健康的主要因素。结论高血压老年患者的心理健康状况与高血压的控制相互影响,应该重视患者心理状况和健康教育。

Objective To investigate the psychological health condition of older hypertension patients in community and provide a theoretical foundation in mental care in community. Methods The knowledge of hypertension, questionnaire regarding symptom check List-90（SCL-90）, General Health Questionnaire（GHQ）, Activeity of Daily Living Scale（ADL） were used to evaluate the psychological status of older hypertension patients in community. Results There were 55 cases of 307 older hypertension patients（ 17.9% ） with SCL-90 scores 〉 160 or positive numbers 〉43. There were 87 psychological disorder suspects. There were 5.9% cases with lower ADL. The main factors relating to psychological health problems of older hypertension patients were old.age, character, incomes per month, medical insurance, mental disease history, the knowledge of cerebral infarct induced by hy- pertension,blood pressure measurement and drug treatment. Conclusion Psychological problems of older hypertension patients can influence their hypertension, so health education of aged patients should be pay more attention.
