摘要
目的了解褪黑素(Mel)受体亚型在人椎旁肌组织的分布。方法应用单克隆抗体免疫组化染色方法检测Mel受体亚型在人椎旁肌组织的分布。结果在人椎旁肌组织中均存在Mel受体mt1和MT2亚型的表达,阳性颗粒分布于细胞浆和细胞核,主要分布于细胞浆。结论人椎旁肌组织存在Mel受体,Mel缺乏可能引起Mel受体介导的椎旁肌的生物效用发生紊乱而影响其对称性生长,从而发生脊柱侧弯。
Objective To study the distribution of melotonin receptor (MR) subtype in paraspinal muscles. Methods MR mt1 and MT2 were detected by monoelonal antibody immunohistochemistry. Results mt1 (Mel 1a) and MT2 (Mel 1b) subtype of MRs were found in the paraspinal muscles, which were localized in cytoplasm and nucleus, mainly in cytoplasm. Conclusion MRs exist in human paraspinal muscles. Lack of MRs may lead to disorder of biologieal effect of the muscles and affect their symmetric growth, thus develop idiopathic scoliosis.
