摘要
此文分析了加工EG-510PCB印制板模具的设计方案。用大间隙的复位冲裁间隙和固定弹顶装置来解决八拼板零件的复位问题,满足了模具使用上的要求。并采用一次成形的复合复位模结构,既保证了产品的质量,又提高了生产效率,同时降低了生产成本。
This paper presents the analysis of design project about the die for machining the EG-510PCB printing plate. To meet with the demand of die, the repositioning problem of the 8-MAZAK can be solved by using the large clearance of repositioning punching, and fixed elastic-rejecting device. The construction of once-formed compound repositioning die is also adopted to guarantee the quality of the product, raise the production efficiency and decrease the cost of production.
