介绍了冲天炉设计中所选用的罗茨鼓风机产生噪声的根源与治理方法。在实际生产中采用了在风机上安装消声器的方法,降低了罗茨鼓风机的噪声,作者认为如果同时将风机房建成隔音室,风机与管道采用软管联接降噪效果会更好。

In this paper, the noise of Roots blower is analyzed. In practical production, muffler is mounted at blower to reduce noise. The author thought adopting sound-proof blower room and tube eonneeting blower and pipeline would get the better noise-re dueing effect.
